What I am really not seeing is the open back quality. Nothings sounds like what I hoped for in the way of spaciousness & "speakers for your ears", they still sound pretty much like cans.

I think I screwed up with the XLR cable I ordered though but can't find any definitive info on whether the headphones use 2.5mm or 3.5mm connectors.
