I can control the fans via icue software and the pump also. I have re seated the cpu waterblock also to no avail. The only way i can get temps under controll is to underclock the cpu to 5.2 ghz on p cores. You don't need to get a custom loop, for a 13900k its basically essential but for the 13700k an aio like the arctic liquid freezer II 360 will be very good. Coretemp and other such software reports the hottest cores, and you have 16 of them, 8 P-cores and 8 E-cores. What they don't do is read the entire cpu temp.
