WebThe winlogon notification subscriber took 284 second (s) to handle the notification event (Logon) So I did a boot logging as mentioned here and it showed a lot of NotifyChangeDirectory operations that took a long time. Also, from an elevated command prompt, do an "ipconfig /all" to determine what server the client is using for DNS. You can also perform "nslookup" from CMD to find name servers on your network.
